Inspired by the traditional German black forest cake, these muffins are made with our moist Tegral Natur’All grain cake mix and filled with our Topfil Cherry fruit filling that is bursting with pieces of cherries. It would not be a black forest inspired treat without chocolate. These muffins use three different types of our chocolate: dark chocolate chips in the muffin base, and they are decorated with our creamy Belgian ganache and white chocolate shavings. Be sure to get a bit of each layer in every bite.

Place all ingredients, except chocolate chips, in a mixing bowl. Mix 1 minute slow, scrape the bowl, and mix for 5 minutes at medium speed. Add chocolate chips and mix to involve. Drop 130g of muffin batter in muffin pans lined with tulip baking cups. Bake at 165°C / 355°F for about 40 minutes. |

Inject each muffin with 15-20g of cherry filling. Cover with 10g Belgian Pure Ganache and chocolate shavings. |
