Oat Chocolate Bar

Working Method

Heat the honey to 40 °C / 104 °F.

Blend hemp hearts, oats, seeds and crisps together and pour the hot honey mixture over it. Blend everything together well and let the mixture sit and cool for roughly 10 minutes. Add Dark Compound CT Chips and mix in.

Place 60 g into a silicone bar mold, press in and bake at 155°C / 311°F fan 1 for 20 minutes. Allow to cool and place in the freezer to set. Once frozen, dip the bottom with Dark Compound CT Wafer.
