Satin Vegan Cake 1000 g
Vegan Margarine 260 g
Water 60 g
Softgrain Amber Grain CL 400 g

Working Method

  • Using a paddle attachment, mix Satin Vegan Cake mix with the vegan margarine on 1st speed until a crumble texture is obtained, add in the water and continue to mix until water is absorbed. Add in the Softgrain Amber Grain and mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  • With the help of an ice cream scoop, portion the prepared cookie dough and place it on a lined baking tray.
  • Temperature: 175-180oC (347-356oF)
  • Time: 15-17 min or until cookie has browned around edges.
