Fruit and Chocolate filled muffin

Ingredients To Prepare

Base
Satin Moist'R Cake Mix 1000g
Whole Eggs 350g
Oil 300g
Water 225g
Chocolate chips As Desired
Filling
Topfil Choice Raspberry 500g

Working Method

Base
Using a paddle mix Satin Moist’r Cake, liquid eggs, oil and water for 1 minute on low speed, then scrape bowl and mix for another 4 minutes on medium speed. Incorporate into batter chocolate chips as desired. Fill lined muffin pan with 90 - 110 grams per muffin for base. Sprinkle additonal chocolate chips on top as desired. Bake at 180 °C (356 °F) for 30-35 minutes. Once baked, remove muffins from pan and allow to cool completely before filling. * Baking time and temperature are based on oven used and batter weight.

Filling
Fill a pastry bag fitted with an injection tip with Topfil Choice Raspberry and proceed in filling muffins with 20 grams each of filling.

Good to Know
