Using a paddle mix Satin Moist’r Cake, liquid eggs, oil and water for 1 minute on low speed, then scrape bowl and mix for another 4 minutes on medium speed. Incorporate into batter chocolate chips as desired.
Fill lined muffin pan with 90 - 110 grams per muffin for base.
Sprinkle additonal chocolate chips on top as desired.
Bake at 180 °C (356 °F) for 30-35 minutes.
Once baked, remove muffins from pan and allow to cool completely before filling.
