Vegan Black Forest Cake

Ingredients

Satin Vegan Cake 940 g
Cocoa 10-12 60 g
Water 470 g
Oil 220 g
Fruit filling
Topfil Plus Cherry As needed
Non-dairy whipped topping
Ambiante As needed

Working Method:

1. Cake

  • Place the ingredients in the mixing bowl and blend together for 1 minute on low speed using the paddle attachment
  • Scrape down bowl and mix for an additional 4 minutes on medium speed
  • Spread a thin layer of batter evenly on entire surface of non-stick paper or slip mat baking sheet.
  • Bake Temperature: 220oC
  • Bake Time: 6-8 minutes
  • Allow to cool before proceeding
  • Cut sheet into 9-inch round

2. Ambiante

  • Whip Ambiante with a whip attachment until hard peak is obtained.

Assembly for a two-layer cake

  • Apply a layer of Topfil Plus Cherry on two layers
  • Pipe prepared Ambiante on top of cherry filing and place one layer over the other.
  • Place the last layer over the 2nd and decorate as seen in photo or as desired. The surface has 2 layers.
