Pumpkin Spiced Muffin
  • Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl except meltaway and blend together for 1 minute on slow speed using the paddle attachment.
  • Scrape down bowl and mix for additional 4 minutes.
  • Add Pumpkin Spice Meltaway and mix for about 30 seconds at slow speed.
Make Up
  • Scale 40g batter.
  • Sprinkle some pumpkin seeds on top, about 2g and top with 3g cinnamon streusel.

Approx. 20 Min.


  • Allow to cool completely before filling.
Cinnamon Streusel
  • Cream butter and sugar, mix 3 minutes in 2nd speed.
  • Add flour, and cinnamon mix 3 minutes in 2nd speed.
  • Process in food processor and keep it the fridge until use.
Assembly
  • Inject each muffin with 7g of Pumpkin Spice Filing.
