Working Method

Muffin Plain
Mix all ingredients for 1 min at low speed and 4 min at medium speed.

Muffin Cocoa
Mix all ingredients for 1 min at low speed and 4 min at medium speed.

Assembling
  1. Pipe 50 gr of plain batter and 50 gr of cocoa batter in a muffin mould.
  2. Mix gently the 2 batter with a knife to give a marble effect.
  3. Add 3 gr of chocolate grains on top.
  4. Bake at 180C for approx.. 30 minutes
  5. Let the Muffin cool down and inject the Cremfil Ultim.

Oven Temp: 180°C | ⏲ 30min
