Chococcino Muffin

Mixing Time	Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl except chocolate chunks, and blend together for 1 minute on slow speed using the paddle attachment. Scrape down bowl and mix for additional 4 Minutes. Add chocolate chunks and mix for about 30 seconds at slow speed.
Make Up	Scale 115g batter. Place 3 pieces of chocolate and add 15g butter streusel on top.
Oven Type	Rack Oven
Oven Temperature	165°C / 329°F
Baking Time	40-45 minutes. Allow to cool completely before filling.
Assembling Cappuccino Muffin	Inject each muffin with 10 to 15g of Cremfil Silk Vanilla. Whip Ambiante and Cream Together for about 5 minutes. Fill a pipping bag fitted with round tip and frost the top of muffins. Dust with cinnamon and decorate with vanilla and chocolate cookie sticks.
Assembling Mochaccino Muffin	Inject each muffin with 10 to 15g of Cremfil Chocolate. Whip Ambiante and cream together for about 5 minutes. Fill a pipping bag fitted with round tip and frost the top of muffins. Dust with chocolate powder and decorate with vanilla and chocolate cookie sticks.
