Stuffed French Toast


  • For Bread, combine all ingredients and mix for 4 minutes slow, 6 minutes fast.
  • Allow 20 minutes bulk rest.
  • Scale at 500 grams and round. Allow 15 minutes bench rest.
  • Shape dough for pan bread and place into lightly greased pans.
  • Proof and bake at 400°F for 25-30 minutes.


  • For French toast mixture, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  • Fill bread with Cremfil Silk Cream Cheese and Topfil Choice Wild Blueberry.
  • Dip bread into egg mixture.  Pan fry and garnish as desired with cream cheese topping
