A 60% slightly sweet dark chocolate with a strong cocoa aroma. Medium viscosity, ideal for coating, drizzling, molding and dipping.

Belcolade Selection Dark Superieur

The sensation of a slightly sweet chocolate with a strong cocoa taste, with natural vanilla.

Belcolade Origin Vietnam Milk

A milk chocolate with 45% cocoa is made with Trinitario cocoa that is grown in Vietnam's Mekong Delta. This chocolate has a subtle combination of flavours, including toffee, coffee and cooked milk as well as acid cocoa.

Belcolade Origin Vanuatu Milk

Originating from Forastero cocoa beans growing in the South Pacific, Vanuatu 44 is a milk chocolate with a 44% cocoa content. This strong but delightful chocolate offers a bouquet of aromas suggestive of hazelnuts, coffee, cooked milk and caramel.

Belcolade Origin Ecuador Noir

The exceptional fine flavour and rich aroma of Ecuador's Nacional cocoa beans are the main characteristics of Ecuador 71 dark chocolate The high cocoa content of 71% delivers soft and subtle aromas suggestive of flowers, raisins, acid cocoa and smoked cocoa, finished off by a nuance of humus.

Belcolade Origin Costa Rica Milk

With a cocoa content of 38%, Costa Rica 38 is made from Trinitario cocoa beans. Detectable in this milk chocolate are the aromas of cooked milk and raw cocoa, the warmth of wood and a touch of olives to provide a velvety smooth eating experience.

Belcolade Origin Vietnam Dark

This dark chocolate with 73% cocoa is produced from Trinitario cocoa beans grown in the Mekong delta of Vietnam - the "Little Venice" of Asia. This chocolate has an unexpected taste: pronounced acid cocoa enriched with notes of citrus, wood and tobacco.

Belcolade Origin Peru Noir

A mix of Criollo and Trinitario cocoa beans creates this dark chocolate. Peru 64 has a slightly acid cocoa taste, accompanied by a bouquet of raisins and dried figs. It has a 64% cocoa content.

Belcolade Origin Costa Rica Noir

The Trinitario cocoa beans of Costa Rica produce a traditional, smooth dark chocolat, with 64% cocoa content. Costa Rica 64 has a bouquet of wood and olives, which mingles with the aroma of cofee and acid cocoa, while in the background a hint of smoked cocoa is detectable.

Belcolade Origin Uganda Noir

A dark chocolate with an 80% cocoa content. Produced from Forastero cocoa beans, it has a gorgeous taste of humus and mushrooms, accompanied by the most understated acid cocoa and smoked cocoa flavours.

Belcolade Origin Venezuela Milk

A mix of Criollo and Trinitario cocoa beans produces this milk chocolate with a 43% cocoa content. Venezuela 43 combines a strong flavour of caramel, hazelnuts and butter with the impression of roasted cocoa and a clear vanilla aroma.
