Cinnamon Meltaway Chip Scones

Base
  • Mix all ingredients together for about 1 minute slow until the butter is well incorporated about 5 minutes.
  • Add cold water and mix for 1 minute on slow.
  • Add Foley’s Cinnamon Chips and mix for 1 minute.
Make Up
  • Let it rest for 5-10 minutes and sheet out to 15 mm (90 grams).
  • Cut using a 3-inch cutter.
  • Brush or Spray with Sunset Glaze.
