Fondant

This semi-firm fondant can be coloured and flavoured and is prefect for drizzling, dipping or enrobing danishes, donuts or loaf cakes. Heat to 100°F- 110°F/ 38°C-43°C.

Puratop Chocolate Frosting EZ-Pack

Puratop Chocolate Frosting is a ready to use frosting that is great for drizzling on cakes, donuts, brownies and other sweet baked goods. For dipping or enrobing applications, warm to 110°F - 120°F/ 43°C - 48°C.

Puratop Danish Icing

Icings & fudges

Puratop Danish Icing is an opaque and shiny icing that is ready to use and can be applied to warm danishes, cinnamon buns, donuts and loaf cakes. Or heat to 125°F- 145°F/ 52°C-63°C for a quick, firm set.

Ready-to-spread caramel flavoured fudge icing. High gloss and smooth texture. Warm to use as a dip icing for donuts. Whip to use as an aerated icing. Free of partially hydrogenated fat. NAFNAC

Puratop White N Shiny

This white opaque and shiny icing can be used directly from the pail to ice sweet goods, or use warm as a donut dip. After drying a crunchy layer is obtained.
