One of our all-time favorites! The Ukrainian Bread Fozzy is made with O-tentic Durum, which gives a nice nutty and creamy flavour to the bread coming from the fermented durum flour. And the bread is bursting with grains thanks to addition of Softgrain Multigrain, a blend of grains in a mild sourdough. A sure winner!
