Strawberry Brownie

Brownie
  • Combine Tegral Brownie, butter and hot water on first speed for 3 minutes, scraping down part way through.
Make Up
  • Deposit into an 8” x 8” pan and pipe Topfil Plus Strawberry in lines.
  • Cut it in with an offset.

Oven Temperature170˚C / 338˚F
Baking Time

25 Min.

Baking Temperature and Time depending on size.
Brownie in photo was baked in an 8x8 pan.
Strawberry Topping
  • Melt the strawberry compound to 45˚C / 113˚F.
  • Add the oil and stir to combine.
Assembly
  • Take frozen brownies and cut them to desired size.
  • Dip the brownie into the compound and set on parchment.
  • Sprinkle on freeze-dried strawberries.

Tips & Tricks

A frozen brownie will set the compound faster once poured.
