Strawberry Brownie

Brownie	Combine Tegral Brownie, butter and hot water on first speed for 3 minutes, scraping down part way through.
Make Up	Deposit into an 8” x 8” pan and pipe Topfil Plus Strawberry in lines. Cut it in with an offset.
Oven Type	—
Oven Temperature	170˚C / 338˚F
Baking Time	25 Min. Baking Temperature and Time depending on size. Brownie in photo was baked in an 8x8 pan.
Strawberry Topping	Melt the strawberry compound to 45˚C / 113˚F. Add the oil and stir to combine.
Assembly	Take frozen brownies and cut them to desired size. Dip the brownie into the compound and set on parchment. Sprinkle on freeze-dried strawberries.

A frozen brownie will set the compound faster once poured.
