Our Cremfil cream fillings can be applied before and after baking and can be used in ambient-stored bakery and patisserie goods.
Cremfil Zesty Lemon is an all purpose lemon filling that has a creamy lemon flavour.
Water, corn syrup (contains sulphites), sugar, modified corn starch, hydrogenated vegetable oil shortening(soybean and/or cottonseed), lemon juice concentrate, natural flavour, citric acid, salt, sodium diacetate,agar agar, natural and artificial colours (titanium dioxide, tartrazine), potassium sorbate, propylene glycol,polysorbate 60, propyl gallate. May contain gluten.
