Quickstep Croissant CL


The Puratos range of improvers for frozen bread products includes our Quick Step and Kimo improvers. Increasing dough tolerance and helping to prevent typical defects from the freezing process, these improvers enable optimal freezer shelf life and final bread quality.

Quickstep Croissant CL is a powder clean label dough conditioner for the production of pre-fermented frozen laminated dough.
