Reserve.
Natur’all Grain Cake
Mix all the ingredients together on slow for 1 minute.
Scrape down the bowl and mix again on medium speed for 5 minutes.
Final Assembly
Press 10g of Streusel into the bottom of the mold.
Pipe 8g of Filling into the center.
Deposit 20g of batter into a mini round silicone mold, covering the filling.
Optional: deposit another 20g on top of filling if you want enclosed.
Bake at 165°C for approximately 25 minutes in a rack oven.
Grains and Seeds Topper
Mix all ingredients until well combined, approximately 2 Minutes on slow speed.
