Couverture chocolate
Our couverture chocolate, based on pure cocoa butter, guarantees you premium quality end products.
Our chocolate range consists of two groups of products - Sovereign and Regal. Sovereign chocolate is a unique "European Style" conched chocolate, whereas Regal chocolate is our range of competitively priced industrial chocolate - produced with a fine grind to ensure a full flavoured smooth and creamy result.
For both ranges we have dark (including semi-sweet and bitter sweet) and milk chocolate references available. Unique formulations to meet your specific requirements can be developed on request as well as a range of white chocolates.
These can be supplied in a variety of formats:
Liquid (tanker loads),
Drops/wafers,
Chips (grains, various sizes from 1000 pcs/lb to 4000 pcs/lb) and
Chunks (various sizes).
