A recent trend in modern baking is the reduction in the fermentation time in the baking process. Unfortunately, this often leads to a loss of flavour in the bread. In order to capture the traditional bread flavour within the context of a modern baking process, Puratos has developed a range of ready-to-use flavours and sourdoughs.
Using this range of ready-to-use flavours and sourdoughs you can now combine traditional bread flavours with the convenience of modern baking. Additionally, our yeast derivatives have a relaxing effect on the dough.

- Natural sourdoughs in powder or liquid form, based on wheat or rye fermentation processes;
