Your Reliable Partners in Innovation at Europain 2005
From April 16 to 20, Puratos presented a host of innovative products, solutions and ideas at Europain, Paris. Europain 2005 was also the first international event in which we presented ourselves in our new identity.
Our Triple Sundae:
Our focus at Europain 2005 was threefold. It covered our three business units: Bakery, Patisserie and Chocolate as well as our three main brands: Puratos, Patisfrance and Belcolade. For each of these focus areas, we presented a specific programme for the industry as well as for artisans.
For our industrial partners:
For our Industrial partners, numerous solutions were presented that can be tailored to very specific requirements. To our partners in the bakery segment, we presented soft and frozen bakery concepts and flavour solutions. Patissiers were acquainted with Acti-Fresh, providing long lasting freshness for cakes, sponges and choux, and large size packaging solutions. Belcolade presented its integrated chocolate solutions including no sugar added couverture chocolates, amongst many others.
For our artisan partners:
For our creative artisan bakers, we demonstrated O'tentic, a brand new range of active bakery components for the creation of signature breads with the taste of the good old days. Patissiers and chocolatiers were able to see three Meilleurs Ouvriers de France at work with Patisfrance, Belcolade and Puratos products. Each of them created four exquisite recipes for this special occasion.
The Great Taste & Wellness Avenue:
Cutting right through the centre of our booth was the Great Taste and Wellness Avenue, highlighting our delicious yet healthy solutions for our partners in the bakery, patisserie and chocolate segments. This range will be a primary area of focus for Puratos across the globe and right here at home in Canada. As consumers want to manage their health capital more actively, our customers face new challenges. To help them turn these into concrete business growth opportunities, we developed a product range that focuses on health without compromising on taste.
Mobile Sensorial Analysis:
At Puratos we work relentlessly to provide exceptional products in terms of taste and all its associated parameters including flavour, aroma, texture, mouth feel, visual appeal, after-taste and so on. To understand and describe how consumers evaluate food, we base ourselves on sensorial analysis. To highlight how seriously we take this process we had a mobile sensory analysis laboratory at Europain 2005.
