  • Significantly increased shelf-life (Dark Chocolate 24 months, Milk 18 months & White 12 months)

Whilst continuing to use the finest cocoas and pure cocoa butter, we have raised the quality of Belcolade even further. 

Our drops now have even more consistency in shape and thickness. There is also significantly lower incidence of broken and scratched drops. 

Our standard range that you buy from us will be called "Selection" while our Origin & Organic products will be classified as "Collection". Since French is widely regarded as the language of chocolate, we have chosen this as the main language for our product names & descriptors.
