Originality and Taste are the essentials for our "Collection" Origin chocolates. Each one of Belcolade's Origin chocolates, with its very specific and unique taste, offers you a wide range of varied bouquets emanating from carefully selected fine cocoa beans.

The uniqueness of the selected cocoas is revealed in a collection of 4 dark and 2 milk chocolates. To give real appreciation to our Belcolade Origin chocolates we use only natural vanilla, and do not add any flavours or lecithine.

Ecuador Noir Collection -

 

This high cocoa content chocolate distinguishes itself by its softness and subtle aromas. Through the delicate cocoa taste, a nuance of flower accompanies this chocolate. A hint of earth gives it the finishing touch.

 

Costa Rica Noir Collection-

 

A strong dark chocolate with a taste enhanced by the exquisite bitter cocoa aroma. An overall delicate smoky and woody bouquet gives this chocolate its own characteristic taste.

 

 

Papua New Guinea Noir Collection-

 

Distinct tones of whisky and smoke, combined with an acid cocoa taste, create the body of this chocolate. A bouquet of tobacco and a sheer touch of mushroom give this origin chocolate a sensational, almost sensuous taste.

 

 

Peru Noir Collection

A strong cocoa taste with an overall impression of roasted beans. This combined with a strong accent of nuts, impregnated with vanilla and caramel, results in an exclusive milk chocolate.
