Tegral Clara Ultra is a pâtisserie mix used to create choux pastry such as éclairs, profiteroles, Paris Brest, cream puffs etc. It is a convenient and versatile mix in which you only add water, oil and eggs. This clean(er) label base lets you create high quality choux pastry resulting in great consistency every time. Our Tegral Clara Ultra will give you that traditional taste and texture of choux pastry while offering great visual appeal.

Product should be stored off the floor and away from strong odours, direct sunlight, and frost in a clean and dry location at temperatures between 16-20°C with a maximum R.H. of 65%.

Shelf life is 6 months from the manufacture date, provided that the product is stored under the stated conditions above in its original unopened package.
